bird email templates get <template-ref> [flags]Description
Read one template's metadata: the state of every language it holds, the languages it can send today, the draft revision, and its draft and published version ids. It carries no content (read a version's language for that). Accepts a workspace template id (emt_…) or a built-in system template's bird_ slug.
