A campaign runs under an approved brand and declares one use case, vetted by The Campaign
Registry through submissions create. Numbers can be assigned via numbers assign while
the campaign is still pending, but only start sending once the campaign is approved and
the carriers confirm each number.
Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request. Destructive commands require --yes.
