# 选择自动化节点

一个节点在流程中执行一项任务。打开[**步骤目录**](https://bird.com/dashboard/w/automations/catalog)可查看可用节点及其字段、输出路径和示例。

> Automations is in Early access. Your workspace permissions determine which actions you can perform.

下表使用目录名称。画布上可能显示任务标签，例如 Branch 显示为 **Choose a path**，List contacts 显示为 **Find contacts**，Wait for event 显示为 **Wait for a delivery result**。模板可以为步骤指定自定义的描述性名称。

## 触发器

| 节点              | 用途                                                 |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Application event | 从应用程序提供的事件启动，或从仪表板手动运行。       |
| 传入消息          | 通过专用触发器从 SMS、电子邮件或 WhatsApp 消息启动。 |
| Schedule          | 按所选时区的周期性时间启动。                         |

## 逻辑和数据

| 节点                       | 用途                                             |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Set values                 | 为后续步骤命名值，包括根据先前数据计算得出的值。 |
| Branch                     | 选择第一个匹配的条件，或走 Otherwise 路径。      |
| Delay                      | 暂停，直到指定时长结束或到达指定时间戳。         |
| Wait for event             | 等待来自先前特定消息操作的受支持回执。           |
| Wait for application event | 等待与当前运行的业务键关联的已声明事件。         |
| Exit                       | 以显式状态结束，可附带结果原因和结果值。         |

## 消息

| 节点                     | 用途                                             |
| ------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Send SMS                 | 向收件人发送文本或 SMS 模板。                    |
| Send email               | 发送邮件内容或模板，并配置收件人和发件人设置。   |
| Send WhatsApp            | 发送模板或受支持的文本和媒体内容。               |
| Read received email body | 检索已收邮件的文本和 HTML 正文，供后续步骤使用。 |

## 联系人和受众

| 节点                                                        | 用途                                         |
| ----------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| Get contact、List contacts                                  | 按 ID 读取联系人，或搜索一页联系人。         |
| Create contact、Update contact、Delete contact              | 变更单个联系人记录。                         |
| Create or update contacts                                   | 提交准备好的批量数据，并检查每条记录的结果。 |
| Get audience、Create audience、Update audience              | 读取或管理静态受众。                         |
| List audience contacts                                      | 读取一页受众成员。                           |
| Add contacts to audience                                    | 将指定联系人添加到受众。                     |
| Remove contact from audience、Remove contacts from audience | 移除指定的成员关系，但保留联系人。           |

## 偏好和查询

| --------------------- | -------------------------------- |
| List preferences      | 查看已记录的消息偏好。           |
| Record preference     | 提交偏好声明并检查是否已生效。   |
| Look up phone number  | 使用所选查询属性评估电话号码。   |
| Look up email address | 评估电子邮件地址并查看可选建议。 |
