# Automations

Automations 将事件与操作连接在可视化工作流中。使用它来回复收到的消息、发送提醒、更新联系人，或在预期事件未到达时进行跟进。

工作流以一个**触发器**开始，沿连接的**节点**执行任务或做出决策，每次启动时生成一条**运行记录**。你可以编辑草稿、用示例数据预览，然后发布版本供正式使用。
