Bird connects customer communications, data and automation. Help me build with Bird using my coding agent.
1. Read https://bird.com/docs/ai/set-up-your-agent.md and follow its setup workflow for this client. Use an existing connected Bird MCP server or signed-in CLI when available.
2. Read the product guide for the task I want to complete and inspect my existing integration. Identify the workspace, available operations and required setup.
3. Help me complete a first example for the product and destination I choose. Follow the operation through to its actual result, explain any uncertainty, and help me choose the next step.

First task: Inspect WhatsApp group eligibility and prepare a shared task with explicit participant visibility and a business owner. Ask before creating a group, inviting anyone or sending messages.

Use this Bird page as the starting context: https://bird.com/products/whatsapp/groups
Read its Markdown alternative and linked guides. Keep the first example relevant to this page and the customer outcome I choose. Preserve the supplied campaign context when following Bird signup or sales links.

Keep the units clear

Message count and recipient delivery or read counts measure different things.

Example group: coordinate the visit with everyone involved.

## Create a group for people who need to collaborate.

Use a group when participants benefit from seeing the same conversation. Make the purpose clear and invite only the people who need to take part.

## Shared visibility by design

Participants can see the shared conversation. A group is different from a campaign that sends private messages to an audience.

## A recognizable business sender

Connect an eligible Official Business Account number. Review the group requirements for that sender before planning the customer journey.

**A shared conversation with a clear purpose Example**

Studio delivery coordination

Shared group

Customer, studio and delivery coordinator

The entrance is on the side street. Does 10:00 work?

Yes, we'll have someone ready to meet you.

Invite the relevant people and make the group's purpose clear.

## Keep invitations and participants in view.

Use the group’s invitation and membership flow deliberately. Keep the room’s name, description and participants aligned with the task.

## Prepare the introduction

Explain why the room exists, who is involved and what the next step is. Avoid exposing information that does not belong in a shared conversation.

## Manage the lifecycle

Update membership when responsibilities change and close the business task clearly. Assign a team owner for unanswered questions.

## Separate messages from the people they reach.

A group message can produce recipient-level delivery and read observations. Report message counts, recipient reach and task outcomes with their own meaning.

## Understand the charges

Bird’s send unit and applicable Meta recipient fees have different scopes. Use the billing record and published rates when reconciling costs.

## Keep partial outcomes visible

One participant reading a message does not mean everyone has seen it. Preserve incomplete or unknown results instead of presenting an all-or-nothing success.

## WhatsApp groups questions

### Can any WhatsApp number create business groups?

The business-group journey requires an eligible sender and applicable Meta group access. Review the connected Official Business Account number and current eligibility.

### Are groups suitable for a marketing audience?

A campaign generally sends private messages to individual recipients. Use a group when shared participant visibility is intentional and appropriate.

### Does one read mean the whole group read the message?

No. Delivery or read updates can apply to individual participants. Keep message counts and participant delivery or read counts separate.

### How is a group send charged?

Bird’s outbound message charge and applicable Meta recipient-level fees have different units. Consult the published pricing and billing records for the actual send.
