Follow the step-by-step guide to learn how to set up and manage frequency capping.

Step 1: Access frequency caps settings

  • In the main menu Open Developer product
  • In the menu Navigate to Channels
  • Expand SMS section
  • Click on SMS settings
  • Navigate to the Frequency Capping tab

Step 2: Configure global frequency limits

  • Set numbers of SMS message and Frequency Eg. 1 SMS with Frequency one would mean that customer will receive maximum one message per day
