Step 1: Access frequency caps settings
- In the main menu Open Developer product
- In the menu Navigate to Channels
- Expand SMS section
- Click on SMS settings
- Navigate to the Frequency Capping tab
Step 2: Configure global frequency limits
- Set numbers of SMS message and Frequency Eg. 1 SMS with Frequency one would mean that customer will receive maximum one message per day
