View information about an installed channel. View or make changes to your channels.

If you've installed a channel and want to view its details or make changes to it, such as updating its configuration or removing it from Bird, follow these steps:

Step 1: View channel

Click on your toggle icon in the bottom left-hand side of your screen, then click Channels.

• Click the Channels tab at the top of your screen to view the channels library.
• Click the installed channel that you want to view.

Step 2: View channel instance details

On the next page, you can find the following information about every installed channel instance:

• The name of each channel instance.
• The channel ID of each channel instance.
• The status of each channel instance, such as active or pending.
• The creation date of the channel.
