## Start with the destinations that matter.

Check the countries on the trip, including stopovers where the traveler needs data. A regional package can include a different set of destinations from another package with a similar name. Use the offer’s destination list before selecting it.

### A trip across borders

Keep the included destinations visible with the allowance and validity. Confirm whether the same package continues across the itinerary or whether another compatible offer is needed.

### A home market and travel

For a mobile plan, review domestic service separately from roaming. Calls, messages, data and roaming allowances can have different terms.

## Read beyond the country name.

Coverage means access under the selected plan’s network and commercial conditions. Check its supported networks, available service types, hotspot policy and any fair-use or reduced-speed terms before presenting the plan to a customer.

### Data, calls and SMS

A data-only offer supports internet access. A reported phone number does not establish that the plan includes ordinary mobile voice or SMS.

### Network availability

A covered country does not promise reception in every location. Buildings, terrain, congestion, device capabilities and the underlying network affect the connection.

## Keep time and device requirements in view.

Confirm when the package starts, when it expires and whether the intended device can install and use it. A plan with remaining allowance may still be expired, and an eSIM-capable phone may be locked to another carrier.

### Before purchase

Present the destination list, included services, activation rule and published price together. Keep a country you have not confirmed explicitly unresolved.

### When the itinerary changes

Review a compatible top-up or replacement offer against the new destinations. Do not infer that adding data expands the existing package’s coverage.

## Questions before you choose

### Does a global eSIM work everywhere?

The selected offer defines its destinations and network terms. Check the actual itinerary and included service before buying; a global label is not a country-by-country guarantee.

### Does coverage include calls and SMS?

Check data, mobile voice and SMS independently. A data-only package does not become a calling plan because it has an eSIM profile or a reported number.

### Can I assume 5G or hotspot is included?

Use the selected offer’s service and speed terms. Device support, network availability, hotspot rules and reduced-speed policies must match the intended use.

### Where can I see a price for my destinations?

Review available offers through the eSIM workspace, or discuss your markets with a connectivity specialist. Prices and currencies come from the published offer.
