# Choose a time. Confirm the visit.

Present useful appointment options in Messages. Recheck the selected slot in your booking system before confirming the reservation.

Change the offered time and inspect the native selection. The booking application confirms availability afterward.

Turn a customer’s choice into a confirmed appointment.

### Offer real slots.

Retrieve availability for the service, location and duration from your booking system. Keep each displayed time tied to its actual slot reference and time zone.

### Validate after the selection.

The picker returns a choice. Check that it is still available and that the customer can book it. Offer current alternatives when another customer took the slot.

### Recover the original operation.

If the booking succeeds but the response is delayed, inspect that operation before creating another. Send the confirmed reference and update any saved pass only after the recorded change succeeds.
