### Explain the complete terms.

Show data, calls, SMS, roaming, published recurring charges and the renewal period. Identify the subscriber, payer and person authorized to manage the line.

### Keep requests separate from active service.

A plan change takes effect on its recorded date. Cancellation and port-out need their supported processes and final billing checks; removing an eSIM from a device does not cancel a subscription.
