### Is Inbox software free?

The shared Inbox software is free to use. Channel usage, such as email, SMS or WhatsApp messages, is billed separately.

### Does free Inbox mean messages are free?

No. Connected channels retain their own message rates and provider fees. Review the channel pricing pages for the conversations your team will handle.

### Do I need an email sending plan to use Inbox?

Choose the products and channel capacity your use case needs. Inbox software and any paid sending plan are separate items; a sending plan does not cover unrelated channels.

### Are phone numbers included?

Rented numbers have recurring charges and can have setup or registration requirements. Number costs are separate from free Inbox software and message usage.

### How should I estimate the total cost?

Estimate the messages sent through each channel, then add applicable provider fees, number rentals and product plans. Use your agreed rates where you have custom pricing.
