Description & use case
Our Bird CRM product allows you to deliver messages directly to your target customer contacts over their preferred channel. This is achieved via uploading and segmenting your data, assembling the desired content and delivering relevant messages to these segments via a broadcast or multi step journey use cases.
Targeted contacts
Targeted contacts are defined as the number of contacts who are engaged leveraging any of the Bird CRM functionality. You will be charged based on the number of targeted contacts in the database that are engaged over the duration of every volume inclusions period. Customer engagement is defined as the delivery of a business initiated message or the reply to a user initiated message.
Channel specific terms
When purchasing the Bird CRM product, you are given access to a bundle of transactional SMS, WhatsApp and Email channels for use across the Bird CRM product as part of your subscription fee.
Additional usage of SMS, WhatsApp and Email over your bundle will incur overage processing fees. Your bundle fees and overages are set out in the “Plan Details” of your Order Form or on your dashboard.
In addition, we incur third party transactional channel fees for each SMS and WhatsApp message you send. We apply these fees to you:
SMS: You will be charged a per message fee for each SMS based on the SMS rate card set out on our pricing page.
WhatsApp: You will be charged a per message fee based on the rate card defined by Meta, which varies by destination country of the message and message template type.
In some regions, Communications Surcharges may also apply in addition to third party transactional channel fees. See details here. Transactional channel fees and Communications Surcharges are subject to change at any time. Please consult our website for the most up to date transactional fees that apply to you.
Inbox
You are also given a predefined number of Inbox seats as part of your Bird CRM plan. Additional Inbox seats are charged at the fees shown in your Order Form or on your dashboard or, where none are specified, as per the rate card on our website pricing page from time to time.
Flows
Depending on the Bird CRM plan chosen, you may be given Flows invocations as part of your plan.
Where Flows are provided with your plan without a specific use limitation cap in your Order Form or on your dashboard, usage is subject to a fair usage limitation. We reserve the right at any time to introduce a fair usage cap e.g. where usage exceeds reasonable commercial levels. Any uncapped usage is provided as an introductory discount and, unless otherwise specified in writing, does not apply for any Renewal Term.
Plan features
Audience Segmentation
Capability allows you to include attributes that are both in-platform created and imported via a connector. You are able to leverage these attributes to create pre-defined audiences and groups for outbound campaigns.
Studio Templates
Capability allows you to create content for Email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Templates are customised to the channel being leveraged and provide all content options allowed on that specific channel.
Broadcast Campaigns
Capability allows you to setup a campaign using the pre-created audiences & studio templates and define a specific date & time to activate i.e. deliver the marketing messages to the pre-created audience.
Marketing Journeys
Capability allows you to create a multi step outbound campaign, with each outbound step determined by the preceding step. Journeys can be triggered per your specification and message delivery can be either across a single or multiple channels determined by the preceding step.
Analytics
Capability provides deep insight into performances of individual and aggregated marketing campaigns and journeys. You are also given the capability to view channel level deliverability metrics across individual and aggregated campaigns.
Connectors
You can leverage the connectors in our Bird CRM marketplace to integrate existing datasets into our platform for different uses which include contact ingestion, audience segmentation, analytics and content design.
AI Hub
Access to our AI hub will provide you the ability to leverage features that will drive automation of various features such as content creation, audience generation and flow setup.
