# `bird numbers`

## Usage

## Description

Buying is an order rather than a create: most complete inside the request, but one
that has to wait on a carrier comes back pending and is polled until it settles. A
setup fee already taken is not refunded if the order then fails, which is why the
search and the order are separate commands.

Reads return JSON; list is paginated.
