Meta shows them in its own window, often with a code after a `#` sign, such as `#2494064`. Look up the code or the message below to find the fix. ## Which error did I get with the WhatsApp Business app? These errors appear when you choose **Keep using the Business app** in Bird, also called coexistence. When you connect a number with **Set up a number**, Conversations is off until you turn it on. Open the number's **Settings** and turn on **Enable conversations**. Numbers connected with **Keep using the Business app** have it on from the start.
