# `bird whatsapp conversations get-message`

## Usage

```bash
bird whatsapp conversations get-message <conversation-id> <message-id> [flags]
```

## Description

Get one message in a conversation, the same message object `bird whatsapp get` returns, read from the conversation's own store, so a message is readable here as soon as the conversation records it. 404 when the message is not in this conversation or is past the 30-day retention.

## Examples

```bash
bird whatsapp conversations get-message <conversation-id> <message-id>
bird whatsapp conversations get-message <conversation-id> <message-id> -f text
# the id to pass comes from
bird whatsapp conversations list
```
