# `bird voice legs trace`

## Usage

```bash
bird voice legs trace <leg-id> [flags]
```

## Description

Get the execution history of one leg: which sequence nodes and commands ran, in what order, with their outcomes, errors, recordings and webhook requests. Requires voice:read and voice\_management:read. The response is one document of up to 2048 spans and 2 MiB, including the frozen definition when the leg ran a sequence, so write it to a file rather than reading it inline. A 425 too\_early error means the leg's sequence is still running, usually for a few seconds after the call ends; retry it. Spans may be missing when history was truncated. A private gather omits collected digits; the selected match remains.

## Examples

```bash
bird voice legs trace <leg-id>
bird voice legs trace <leg-id> -f text
# the id to pass comes from
bird voice legs list
```
