# `bird esim packages delete`

## Usage

```bash
bird esim packages delete <esim-id> <package-id> [flags]
```

## Description

Remove a data package from an eSIM, freeing room under its package\_limit. DESTRUCTIVE: any remaining balance is forfeited and removal itself never credits anything back; requires acknowledge\_balance\_forfeit=true when balance remains.

This is destructive and cannot be undone; pass --yes to confirm.

## Examples

```bash
bird esim packages delete <esim-id> <package-id> --yes
```
