# `bird esim orders get`

## Usage

```bash
bird esim orders get <order-id> [flags]
```

## Description

Returns one order. Poll until `status` is `completed` or `failed`; a completed order names the eSIM and package it produced.

## Procedure

Step 6 of 8 of "Buy and install an eSIM data package". Previous: bird esim orders create. Next: bird esim credentials get.

## Examples

```bash
bird esim orders get <order-id>
bird esim orders get <order-id> -f text
# the id to pass comes from
bird esim orders list
```

## Options
