# `bird esim install-links create`

## Usage

```bash
bird esim install-links create <esim-id> [flags]
```

## Description

Create a private hosted installation link for one eSIM. The recipient needs no Bird login. Links expire after seven days; earlier links remain valid until expiry or revocation. Requires esim\_credentials permission. Returns 501 when new hosted links are unavailable.

## Examples

```bash
bird esim install-links create <id>
```

## Options

| Name                | Description                                                  |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `--idempotency-key` | Deduplication key; a retry with the same key won't act twice |
| `--response-schema` | Print the fields this command returns, then exit             |
