# `bird email mailboxes forwarding-address`

## Usage

```bash
bird email mailboxes forwarding-address
```

## Description

Prepare a stable forwarding address for an existing own-domain mailbox. Configure
forwarding with your email provider, then send a fresh test message and inspect its
delivered\_to address. Creating the address does not change DNS or verify delivery.

Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
