# `bird audiences membership`

## Usage

```bash
bird audiences membership <audience-id> [flags]
```

## Description

Exact current member count of one audience, including contacts without email and unsubscribed contacts, with the `data_as_of` evaluation instant. An empty audience returns `total` 0; when the count is unavailable the response is `{}` with no `membership`, never 0. For daily history use `bird audiences membership-history`.

## Examples

```bash
bird audiences membership <audience-id>
bird audiences membership <audience-id> -f text
# the id to pass comes from
bird audiences list
```

## Options
