# `bird assets folders delete`

## Usage

```bash
bird assets folders delete <folder-id> [flags]
```

## Description

Moves child folders and assets to the deleted folder's parent, preserving their URLs. A name conflict with a child folder refuses the deletion. Repeating deletion is safe.

This is destructive and cannot be undone; pass --yes to confirm.

## Examples

```bash
bird assets folders delete <id> --yes
```
