This business is not approved to send on Apple Messages for Business.

## What to do

Read the business record to see which state it is in. A draft needs its Apple Business ID before it can be submitted, a submitted or in-review record is waiting on Apple, and a suspended one refuses sends until staff lift the suspension. Inbound messages require an approved business; a suspended business can still receive a conversation close.
