The organization's seed-test allowance for this billing period has been used.

## What to do

Read the seed-test history response's quota.used, quota.limit and quota.resets_at for the organization-wide allowance and next reset. Registering a test spends one of the allowance whether or not its send goes out, and a test that expires unused does not return it, so register a test when the send it measures is ready.
