# E26xxx — eSIM

Error codes in the `E26xxx` range that the public Bird API returns. Each code links to its own page (the page its `doc_url` points at) with the cause and what to do. Retired codes stay listed; they are never renamed or reused.

| [`E26001`](/docs/api/errors/E26001) | `EsimInvalidState`                     | `409`  | The eSIM's current state does not allow this operation.                                                                                    |
| [`E26002`](/docs/api/errors/E26002) | `EsimPackageLimitReached`              | `409`  | This eSIM already holds its maximum number of concurrent data packages.                                                                    |
| [`E26003`](/docs/api/errors/E26003) | `EsimIncompatiblePackageClass`         | `409`  | This eSIM cannot combine reduced-speed and full-speed data packages.                                                                       |
| [`E26004`](/docs/api/errors/E26004) | `EsimBalanceForfeitNotAcknowledged`    | `409`  | This operation discards remaining data balance and needs explicit acknowledgement.                                                         |
| [`E26005`](/docs/api/errors/E26005) | `EsimShortenedValidityNotAcknowledged` | `409`  | The offer's validity would be cut short by the eSIM's service period and needs explicit acknowledgement.                                   |

| [`E26009`](/docs/api/errors/E26009) | `EsimOrderLimitReached`                | `409`  | This workspace has too many eSIM orders still in progress.                                                                                 |
| [`E26011`](/docs/api/errors/E26011) | `EsimDeliveryRecipientInvalid`         | `422`  | The delivery recipient is not a valid email address or phone number for the chosen channel.                                                |
| [`E26012`](/docs/api/errors/E26012) | `EsimDeliveryChannelUnavailable`       | `409`  | Install credentials cannot be delivered over this channel to this recipient.                                                               |
| [`E26013`](/docs/api/errors/E26013) | `EsimOfferRevisionStale`               | `409`  | The offer has changed since the revision this order quotes.                                                                                |
| [`E26014`](/docs/api/errors/E26014) | `EsimOfferNotServableOnEsim`           | `409`  | This offer cannot be added to this eSIM.                                                                                                   |
| [`E26015`](/docs/api/errors/E26015) | `EsimOrderPriceMismatch`               | `409`  | The current price for this offer differs from the expected_price the order quotes.                                                         |

| [`E26018`](/docs/api/errors/E26018) | `EsimSupplierCapabilityUnsupported`    | `409`  | The eSIM's serving mobile network does not support this operation.                                                                         |
| [`E26020`](/docs/api/errors/E26020) | `EsimOrderNotCancellable`              | `409`  | This order is already being provisioned and can no longer be canceled.                                                                     |
| [`E26021`](/docs/api/errors/E26021) | `EsimOfferModeAmbiguous`               | `409`  | This offer is served by a mix of live and test mobile networks, so an order for it cannot be resolved as either a real purchase or a test. |
| [`E26023`](/docs/api/errors/E26023) | `EsimCredentialDeliveryDisabled`       | `409`  | This workspace has turned off sending eSIM install credentials to travelers.                                                               |
