# E26023 — EsimCredentialDeliveryDisabled

This workspace has turned off sending eSIM install credentials to travelers.

- **HTTP status**: `409`
- **Type**: `conflict_error`
- **Name**: `EsimCredentialDeliveryDisabled`

## What to do

Read the eSIM's credentials and deliver them yourself, or turn credential delivery back on in the workspace's eSIM settings and retry. This is a workspace setting, not a channel outage, so the other delivery channel is refused too.
