# E21071 — VoiceRingGroupInUse

A number, the workspace default route or a published sequence still rings this ring group.

## What to do

List the numbers whose route is ring_group, and route elsewhere each one whose ring_group_id is this group. If the workspace default route rings this group, change it. Remove the group from each sequence that rings it in the dashboard and publish that sequence. Then delete the ring group.
