# E20xxx — Assets & media library

Error codes in the `E20xxx` range that the public Bird API returns. Each code links to its own page (the page its `doc_url` points at) with the cause and what to do. Retired codes stay listed; they are never renamed or reused.

| [`E20001`](/docs/api/errors/E20001) | `AssetTypeUnsupported`       | `422`  | This file type is not supported by the media library.                                                          |
| [`E20002`](/docs/api/errors/E20002) | `AssetTooLarge`              | `413`  | This file exceeds the maximum size allowed for its type.                                                       |
| [`E20003`](/docs/api/errors/E20003) | `AssetDimensionsExceeded`    | `422`  | This image's dimensions or frame count exceed the allowed limits.                                              |
| [`E20004`](/docs/api/errors/E20004) | `AssetInvalid`               | `422`  | This file could not be read as a valid image.                                                                  |
| [`E20005`](/docs/api/errors/E20005) | `AssetProcessingUnavailable` | `503`  | Media is temporarily unavailable. Please retry.                                                                |
| [`E20006`](/docs/api/errors/E20006) | `AssetFolderNotFound`        | `404`  | Folder not found.                                                                                              |
| [`E20007`](/docs/api/errors/E20007) | `AssetFolderNameConflict`    | `409`  | A folder with this name already exists at this location. Folder names are compared case-insensitively.         |
| [`E20008`](/docs/api/errors/E20008) | `AssetFolderCycle`           | `409`  | A folder cannot be moved into itself or one of its own subfolders.                                             |
| [`E20009`](/docs/api/errors/E20009) | `AssetFolderDeleteCollision` | `409`  | Deleting this folder would move its subfolders up a level, where at least one of their names is already taken. |
| [`E20010`](/docs/api/errors/E20010) | `AssetFolderDepthExceeded`   | `422`  | This change would nest folders deeper than the maximum of 10 levels.                                           |
| [`E20011`](/docs/api/errors/E20011) | `AssetFolderLimit`           | `422`  | This workspace has reached the maximum number of folders.                                                      |
| [`E20012`](/docs/api/errors/E20012) | `AssetCountLimit`            | `422`  | This organization has reached its retained asset limit in this region.                                         |
| [`E20013`](/docs/api/errors/E20013) | `AssetAdmissionBusy`         | `503`  | Another upload is completing for this organization. Please retry.                                              |
| [`E20014`](/docs/api/errors/E20014) | `AssetFolderRetainedLimit`   | `422`  | This workspace has reached its retained folder limit.                                                          |
