# E15089 — WhatsAppTemplateDisabledNotDeletable

This template cannot be deleted while WhatsApp has one of its languages disabled.

## What to do

WhatsApp refuses to delete a template that has a disabled language. Bird keeps the template too, so its record here matches the copy at WhatsApp. Read the template to see which languages are `disabled`. A disabled language cannot send, and its status changes when WhatsApp changes it.
