This group cannot be messaged or changed, because it is not active.

- **Name**: `WhatsAppGroupNotActive`

## What to do

Open the group in the Bird dashboard to see where it stands. A `pending` group is one WhatsApp has not confirmed yet and reaches `active` on its own, usually within seconds. A `suspended` group is one WhatsApp stopped activity in, and only WhatsApp can lift that. A `deleted` or `failed` group is finished and accepts nothing further, neither a message nor a change: create its replacement in the Bird dashboard and work with that group instead.
