# E15034 — WhatsAppNumberProfileRejected

WhatsApp refused the business profile changes.

## What to do

WhatsApp validates a profile itself and its reason is included with this error. Common refusals are an address or description longer than WhatsApp accepts, a website that is not a full http or https address, and more than two websites; correct the named field and send the request again. A refused display name has three different answers. A name that breaks WhatsApp's display name guidelines needs a different name. An exhausted allowance of ten changes per 30-day period needs you to wait for the period to roll over. A number with Official Business Account status cannot be renamed over this API at all, and has to be renamed through WhatsApp support.
