# E15027 — WhatsAppTemplateParameterInvalid

A variable is not written in a form WhatsApp accepts here.

- **HTTP status**: `422`
- **Type**: `validation_error`
- **Name**: `WhatsAppTemplateParameterInvalid`

## What to do

Template text uses named variables such as {{order_id}}, written in lowercase letters, numbers and underscores. A carousel card is the exception, where WhatsApp only accepts numbered variables like {{1}}. The response names each variable at fault.
