# E15024 — WhatsAppTemplateContentNotDuplicable

This template's copy was written by WhatsApp, so it cannot be duplicated.

- **HTTP status**: `422`
- **Type**: `validation_error`
- **Name**: `WhatsAppTemplateContentNotDuplicable`

## What to do

An authentication template that Bird read back from WhatsApp holds the copy WhatsApp generated, which cannot be turned back into the settings a new template is built from. Create a new authentication template instead and set its own security recommendation and code expiry, which takes the same two fields the original was built from.
