# E15006 — WhatsAppTemplateSlugReserved

Slugs starting with `bird_` or `wat_` are reserved, and a system template cannot be edited or deleted.

- **HTTP status**: `422`
- **Type**: `validation_error`
- **Name**: `WhatsAppTemplateSlugReserved`

## What to do

Two slug prefixes are reserved. `bird_` belongs to our built-in templates and cannot be used for a workspace template. `wat_` is the format of a template id, so a slug starting with it could never be told apart from an id, leaving the template unreachable by its own slug. Choose a slug that starts with neither, then retry. A built-in template cannot be changed or deleted; create your own instead.
