Copy this prompt into your coding agent:

```text
Bird connects customer communications, data and automation. Help me build with Bird using my coding agent.
1. Read https://bird.com/docs/ai/set-up-your-agent.md and follow its setup workflow for this client. Use an existing connected Bird MCP server or signed-in CLI when available.
2. Read the product guide for the task I want to complete and inspect my existing integration. Identify the workspace, available operations and required setup.
3. Help me complete a first example for the product and destination I choose. Follow the operation through to its actual result, explain any uncertainty, and help me choose the next step.
First task: Prepare a WhatsApp campaign brief with the consented audience, approved template, suppression checks, reply ownership and business outcome. Keep it as a draft until I approve the audience and send.
Use this Bird page as the starting context: https://bird.com/products/whatsapp/marketing
Read its Markdown alternative and linked guides. Keep the first example relevant to this page and the customer outcome I choose. Preserve the supplied campaign context when following Bird signup or sales links.
An offer with a next step
A conversation worth continuing
The customer is interested in the stoneware collection.
Product interest
Share the relevant item and available options.
Helpful answer
Resolve the customer’s question about size or care.
Confirmed outcome
Join the actual order to the campaign.
Example campaign: follow the message through to the customer’s response.
## Start with the reason this customer should hear from you.
Use contact preferences, lifecycle stage and recent activity to choose the audience. Keep suppression and eligibility checks close to the send so an old segment does not override a new preference.
## One audience, individual conversations
A campaign reaches customers in their own chats. Recipients do not join a shared group or see the rest of your list.
## A useful reason to return
Build a launch, replenishment reminder or timely recommendation around something the customer values. Make the next step obvious.
**An audience for the new collection Example**
01
Interested in ceramics
Use the product interests customers share with you.
02
Marketing updates allowed
Apply current preferences before the campaign sends.
03
Exclude recent buyers
Keep this offer relevant to the customer's last order.
## Give the message somewhere useful to go.
Pair a clear promise with an approved language, a relevant image and an action that delivers on the offer. Preview the message and its destination together.
## Choose the right next step
Open a product, guide a short native form or invite a reply. Keep the customer’s context when the destination changes.
## Prepare the team for replies
Assign responsibility for questions and exceptions before the campaign runs. Give AI and people the offer details they need to respond accurately.
## Measure the purchase, not just the blue ticks.
Connect campaign identity to replies, destination activity and confirmed business events. Keep delivery and read observations separate from attributed revenue.
## Review the complete cost
Compare Bird sending charges and applicable Meta fees with the value of the resulting action. Use the published rate for the relevant destination and category.
## Improve the next campaign
Compare meaningful cohorts and response time. Distinguish a missing event from a customer who did not act before drawing a conclusion.
## Make the most of the Marketing Messages API.
Review the account’s onboarding and the optimizations available for the intended market. Keep eligibility, accepted terms and actual onboarding status distinct, then choose creative formats the account can deliver.
## Prepare the account and the message
## WhatsApp marketing questions
### Is a WhatsApp campaign the same as a group?
No. Campaign recipients receive individual messages. A WhatsApp group is a shared conversation whose participants can see the room and other participants’ messages.
### Do marketing messages need a template?
Business-initiated marketing uses an approved marketing template and the required customer permission. Approval, audience eligibility and market availability are separate checks.
### Can we personalize a campaign?
Use the approved template’s parameters and a supported language. Review missing customer values before sending, and keep the destination consistent with the message.
### Does a read count as a conversion?
A read is a messaging observation. Record purchases, bookings or qualified leads in the system that owns the outcome and join them to the campaign separately.
