## Give customers a reason to open your app every month.

A mobile plan can become part of a financial account, a membership or a digital brand. Your customer chooses the service in your product and returns to manage the number, the allowance and the next renewal.

Start with the home market and the people you serve. Define the included data, calls and SMS, then make roaming, number choices and recurring terms part of a plan customers can compare.

WHAT CUSTOMERS COME BACK FOR

### A number that feels like theirs

Choose a new number or bring an eligible existing one. Keep ownership and porting progress clear from the first signup.

### A plan that fits this month

Put allowance and reported usage together. Show the next plan’s terms and effective date before a change is confirmed.

### A renewal they can understand

Keep the billing period, payment method and service status visible. Give a payment problem a clear recovery path.

## Make the next renewal predictable.

Show the current billing period, the next renewal and the payment method. Explain what changes now and what takes effect at the next period before the subscriber approves an upgrade or downgrade.

### A change with an effective date

Preview the new allowance, charges and start date together. Preserve the currently active service until the requested change actually takes effect.

### Recover a payment problem

Tell the customer what needs attention and how to update payment. Keep the financial state and the network service state visible so a payment retry does not look like an instant reconnection.

## Treat portability and cancellation as product experiences.

Let subscribers choose a new number or bring an eligible existing one. Provide a trackable porting journey and a clear cancellation path, including the final service date and any remaining billing.

### Keep an existing number

Collect the requirements for the selected country and provider. Guide the subscriber through corrections when the donor provider declines a request.

### Close the service deliberately

Explain immediate versus end-of-period changes where the plan supports them. Removing a profile from the phone does not by itself cancel the subscription or settle the final bill.

## Mobile plans questions

### Are recurring mobile plans the same as prepaid travel data?

They serve different jobs. A recurring mobile service renews over billing periods and can include a number, calls and SMS. A travel package supplies a defined allowance and validity for a trip.

### Can subscribers bring an existing number?

Portability depends on the market, number and providers involved. Confirm eligibility and the required account information before scheduling the move.

### Do all plans include voice and SMS?

Included services belong to the offer. Present data, voice and SMS separately and do not infer mobile calling simply because a profile reports a phone number.

### How do we launch in a new market?

Define the audience, network service, plan terms, customer requirements, billing and support model with a specialist. Validate the complete subscriber lifecycle in that market before expanding distribution.
