Each resend or fallback delivery is an additional send at the relevant channel rate. Include these sends when estimating verification costs.

### How do I estimate a complete verification flow?

Estimate the number of codes sent through each channel, including retries and fallback. Apply the appropriate channel and destination rates to those sends.
