### Email delivery has its own pricing

Monitoring and sending are billed separately. Your email plan covers message delivery; your Insights agreement covers monitoring.

### Where can I see my included capacity?

Open the product in your Bird dashboard to see the allowance available to your organization.

### What if I need more capacity?

Share your monitoring and testing requirements with Bird. Confirm the allowance, renewal period, additional-use rules and commercial terms before upgrading.

### Does a legacy Tracker contract set these terms?

Insights and legacy Tracker have separate agreements. Your existing Tracker contract does not automatically set the terms for Insights.

### What should I estimate for an Inbox Insights quote?

Estimate monthly seed tests, sending domains, monitoring requirements and the reporting your team needs. These describe your testing workload more clearly than email sending volume alone.

### Does the plan include email delivery or dedicated IPs?

Inbox testing and reputation monitoring are separate from sending emails and renting dedicated IPs. Check those products separately unless your quote includes them.
